Information you share
When you send a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company (if supplied), area of interest, message, and a record of your privacy acknowledgment. Required fields are marked on the form. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential material.
We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry and, where requested, to take steps toward an engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general business inquiries. The acknowledgment on the form confirms you have read this policy; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Security and technical information
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request data, to deliver and protect the site. The contact endpoint uses a daily hash derived from the connection address to limit repeated submissions. This hash is stored with the inquiry; the application does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record.
How information is used and shared
Inquiries are stored in a restricted database on Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorized people handling AMAI IT inquiries can access them. FormSubmit processes inquiry fields to send notifications to the AMAI IT contact inbox. Read its privacy information at https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. The receiving email provider also processes delivered messages. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decisions.
Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
How long information is kept
General project inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after submission, unless a continuing business relationship, a legal obligation, or the establishment or defense of legal claims requires a different period. Information that becomes part of an engagement is handled under the applicable project and recordkeeping arrangements. You may ask for earlier deletion where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
